Watch our recorded event from Friday, October 23rd where we had the opportunity to listen to speakers discuss social justice and food sustainability. Speakers included Columbia University professor Pamela Koch, who specializes in food safety and nutrition, filmmaker Taelor Olivia Scott, who tells stories through film, and Dr. Anne Bellows, a professor in food studies at Syracuse University. The event was hosted by Jackie Patterson, president of Columbia Nourish, and Gaïana Joseph, founder of Fuel the People. Attendees were able to ask questions and listen to a discussion about sustainability.
